My Super Heathy Superfood Smoothie! – Inspired by Therese Kerr


2 cups of Almond milk

Flesh & water from one coconut

1 cup of Spinach Leaves and or 1 cup chopped Kale

½ Banana

¼ cup Frozen Blueberries and or ¼ cup Frozen Raspberries

½ Frozen Mango

2 heaped tbsp Protein Powder

8- 12 Raw Almonds

¼ cup Goji Berries

2 tsps Cocoa Powder

1 – 2 tsp Chia Seeds

2 tbsp Coconut Oil


Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
