BIRTHING FROM WITHIN classes go beyond what other childbirth classes offer. They prepare parents for how they will experience labor. You will learn practical information through a multi- sensory approach that engages mind and body, with thought- provoking dialogues, introspective exploration processes and interactive activities to help you discover what you need to know to be resourceful giving birth and on the journey to parenthood. Each class is unique and caters to the need of its participants.

As with life, we know birth holds many surprises. Birthing families work with their inner resources, their support networks and birth professionals in order to give Birth From Within, wether at home, the birth centre, hospital or operating room, all with the ultimate goal of welcoming a healthy baby into a healthy family.

In these classes we will explore what you need to know to give birth. Together, we practice a variety of proven pain coping practices, including breath work, visualization, physical positioning and massage for comfort and progress.

Lynda is an inspired Birthing From Within Mentor and childbirth educator, She is also an experienced prenatal & postnatal yoga instructor and practitioner, doula, aromatherapist, reflexology practitioner & Live food enthusiast. Her classes blend practical information, up-to-date research, fresh insight, traditional wisdom and experiential learning that engages mind and body in a sacred and supportive space.
